Rates:

$125 Initial Intake session
$125 per 45-minute session

Insurance:

Currently this office accepts AETNA PPO & Certain Military Coverage.  

Other PPO Insurance Services may be covered in part by your health insurance. It is your personal responsibility to check on your coverage for therapy services. Please independently check with your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
A superbill is available at your request!

Payment:

Cash, Check, Visa & Mastercard accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Occasionally you may have to miss an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me by phone, as soon as possible, or at least 24 hours in advance, so that I have the time to fill the hour.  If you call 36 hour in advance, you will not be charged. This is necessary because "a professional time commitment" is set aside and held "exclusively for you."
